A Constant Theme Is Centred Around “Inner strength, Watch and Pray”. There are many participants sharing their reflections on the topic covering the different areas and aspects of prayer, vigil and watchfullness. The Gospel of Matthew 24:3-35, reminds us of the the end of age and the second coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ, and His words echoes, “Take heed that no one deceives you”. Carol Akladious will tell us about St Anna Simone in the segment, Woman of Faith. George Eskander will shed light on the “fruits of prayer”. The Parable of the Five Wise Virgins and the Five Foolish Virgins will be explained by Fr Moses Ayad. How do parents pray for their children is shared by two different parents, Karin and Mark who both shed light as parents, “a mother’s prayer” and “a father’s prayer”. Florence provides a brief understanding on, “what is prayer”. We also have two high school students, David and Merna telling us about “Praying in time of need”. We have “Voices of Children”, – all expressing why they love their daddy.  The Father’s Day reflection, we have Sarah and her sister Madonna; David Tawadrous; two brothers in primary: Nicholas (5 years old), Noah (10 years old), and Nathaniel (12 years old) in high school; and Naomi Tadros from St Cosman & St Demain in Sydney Australia, delighting us with children aged from 3 to 10. They all tell us why they love their daddy’s. Fr David Elmasri loves to tell us about the Apostolic Fathers. Today, Fr David will reflect for us, “the Apostolic fathers view why we should watch and pray”. Antony Mansour will reflect on, “My inner strength in God”. Fr Kyrillos Farag will delight us with his reflection on “my inner strength is found in God”
Today’s Bible Reflection is on Psalm 119: 121-128. Fr Joshua Tadros will speak to us on, “Be courageous, ask for the virtues for the Kingdom of God. Carol Akladious will narrates the Desert Fathers from the book of the Philokalia, continuing the journey of
